TO’s Eco Chase, Toronto’s first green Amazing Race, to be held on October 22

TO’s Eco Chase is a sustainability-focused, city-wide scavenger hunt, in the style of The Amazing Race ( www.ecoduocanada.com/index.html).

• businesses looking to engage their employees in a unique kind of team-building exercise
• individuals interested in community engagement and green networking.

Participants will see a different side of Toronto, featuring LEED-certified buildings, renewable power generation sites, and sustainable businesses. Eco Chasers are guaranteed to leave the event with a sense of pride, community and readiness to make a difference.

Race begins at Nathan Philips Square, S.W. Corner (Winston Churchill Statue), and will take place across Toronto.

Saturday, October 22nd, 2011
12:00 p.m to 5 p.m. (prizes awarded at the Final Destination)
