What: Ontario’s Waste Diversion Act is failing consumers. Ontario’s recycling programs are again caught in another round of controversy this time over increases to eco fees for large off-the-road tires and e-waste scheduled for May 1st. The OWMA and RCO will outline the problems with recycling in Ontario and unveil a path forward.
